The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, high performing Account Executive/Sales Rep with experience selling technology products and/or services over the phone. The individual has a history of exceeding sales quota, loves the thrill, and is capable of building and growing a pipeline of business as a result of outbound prospecting and high activity metrics. They would also have experience navigating through complex organizations and selling to the decision makers.
- 2+ years of inside sales or relevant experience selling over the phone required
- Strong track record of achievement
- Previously trained in consultative / value based selling
What your day-to-day looks like:
- Sell our solutions with a skillful and consultative approach in a high energy environment
- Maintain a high volume of outbound activity
- Comfortably speak with Doctors, Lawyers, Wealth Managers, VP & C-Suite executives, navigating through multiple decision makers in large organizations
- Consistently outperform your quarterly and annual sales quota and be well-compensated for doing so
- Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
- Drive to individually compete (and win!) while still being a fantastic team player
